In the history of Tamel, word „quality” has truly reflected what it should, i.e. manufacturing of the product that fulfills not only the requirements of applicable standards, but also customer expectations. The right atmosphere and professional approach to quality issue resulted in obtaining the “1” quality mark and the highest domestic “Q” quality mark for various product types in the 70s and 80s.
In order to meet the constantly rising customer requirements and find itself in fierce competition of the battle for the customers, Tamel developed and implemented the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:1994 standard. Certificate obtained on 27.08.1998 has served as an evidence of high quality and professionalism.
Maintaining and constant improvement of the Quality Management System allows to go through subsequent external audits. Because of continuous changes of the standards in ISO 9000 series, appropriate recertification audits have been performed in FSE “TAMEL”. In December 2003, factory obtained a certificate confirming the adjustment of existing Quality Management System to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard. The recent recertification of the system for compliance with the new ISO 9001:2008 was carried out in December 2009 by Bureau Veritas Certification. As result, the certificate was reobtained (nr PL9000462/P).
FSE “TAMEL” also possesses the certificate issued by Baseefa (nr Baseefa ATEX 5233) confirming the fulfillment of PN-EN 13980 standard in the product range (electric motors) suitable for usage in explosion threatened environment.
