High quality of the smoke extraction duty motors manufactured by ATB Tamel has made us proud for a long time. These are unique motors that work even in the event of a fire, allowing smoke and carbon dioxide to be vented from any room and allowing the evacuation from the fire zone. We are more than happy to inform you that the ATB Tamel research team has successfully tested the FUMEX smoke extraction duty motor in aluminum housing which ensures uninterrupted operation up to 3 hours at temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius. By expanding our FUMEX motor range, we will meet more of our customers’ expectations. There are various benefits when choosing aluminum FUMEX products. First, this motor will be cheaper than its cast iron counterpart, but will not compromise on the quality. However, the price advantage does not end with the purchase itself as the aluminum motor is not as demanding as a cast iron product in terms of installation. Thanks to its reduced weight, it is possible to use a lighter, and therefore cheaper mounting construction. Smoke extraction duty motors in aluminum housing will be available in mechanical sizes from 80 to 180. You will be able to order 2, 4, 6-pole, and multi-pole versions of the motor with a maximum power of 30 kW. The project is scheduled to be completed in December 2017 and the new product will be available from January 2018.
